1. Shipping Coverage

Tapan Mart provides comprehensive nationwide delivery across India through a robust logistics network.

As part of our strategic global expansion roadmap, international shipping capabilities are currently under development and will be launched in structured phases, as detailed below:

Phase 1: Singapore, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia
Phase 2: USA, UK, Canada
Phase 3: Major European markets and Rest of the World

Timelines and country availability may vary depending on regulatory approvals, logistics partnerships, and operational readiness. Official launch updates will be communicated via our website and other official channels.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high order volume, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location and courier partner:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly communicated on the website.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for eligible pin codes.
  • COD availability depends on courier partner serviceability.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for specific locations, products, or high-risk orders.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be:
    • Returned to origin (RTO)
    • Cancelled without refund of shipping charges (if prepaid)

For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may result in COD restrictions for future orders.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, including:

  • House / Flat Number
  • Street / Area
  • Landmark
  • Correct Pincode
  • Active Mobile Number

We shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered

Please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team.

If accepted, claims related to damage may not be entertained.


10. Partial Shipments

In certain cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

There will be no additional shipping charges for such partial deliveries.


11. Delays Beyond Control

Tapan Mart / Tapan Holdings shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Lockdowns
  • Courier partner delays
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
